Barrel Tastings at Paumanok Vineyards, hosted by owner Charles Massoud. Our guests raved about this event last year. You sample several wines (in Riedel crystal of course!) out of the barrel in the cellar, and enjoy with fine cheese, breads and pate. We can arrange tickets for this special event for you...

A fun event at Castello di Borghese...with Crafty Sue, a Wine Camp alumni! Sue will be demonstrating her 'cork art' at the winery from 1-3PM on Saturday, November 15th (ever wondered what to do with all those corks you have been saving?!). We will be there, and hope you can join us for the fun and a glass of the wonderful wines of Borghese. Also on Sundays throughout the autumn, experience a Winemakers Walk with the owners. An opportunity to experience the fermentation area and cellar...and those wonderful wines from CdB.

The harvest is the culmination of months of work in the vineyards. It all begins when the first grapes are picked in mid-September...and continues through the end of October and sometimes even the first part of November, when the last of the red grapes are fully ripened.

Experience wine country at this special time of year, when our farm stands are overflowing and the vineyards are buzzing with activity.
